1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using PunchLine, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use PunchLine. Some mature content may be restricted to users 18 or older.
3. Content You Upload
You keep ownership of the clips you upload. By uploading, you give PunchLine a limited license to host, display, and promote your content on the platform. You may not upload content you do not have the right to share.
4. Prohibited Content
Do not upload content that violates law, infringes copyright, promotes violence, includes hate speech, or contains explicit sexual material. We remove violating content and may suspend accounts.
5. Account Termination
We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
PunchLine is provided as-is. We are not liable for user-generated content, lost data, or service interruptions beyond what is required by law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
